Regulatory Compliance Expert

We are seeking a skilled Compliance Professional to provide day-to-day compliance oversight, advice and monitoring with a focus on regulatory requirements.
In this role, you will conduct ongoing assessments of Fund Services teams and internal/external communications to ensure alignment with relevant legislation.
The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, experience in incident analysis and technical knowledge of superannuation industry processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out regular reviews of business operations and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify and manage the impact of regulatory changes.
- Provide expert guidance on complex regulatory issues.
- Conduct thorough investigations into incidents and develop effective remediation plans.
- Demonstrated expertise in regulatory affairs and complaint handling.
- Familiarity with SIS Act and Regulations.
- Strong understanding of insurance within super funds.
- Proven ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
