Scope of the Role

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • ">"
  • Assisting the Governance team in PCI related activities">"
  • Generating requisition requests and purchase orders as required">"
  • Participating in month-end activities such as cross-charge reporting and cloud accruals">"
  • Supporting the CPI uplift process, including sending customer notification letters and liaising with internal stakeholders">"
  • Effectively managing AP invoices from the Cloud and IMC workflow">"
  • Contributing to new customer onboarding and contract renewals">"
  • Creating and running month-end CSP automated billing processes">

About You

We are looking for someone who has a proven track record in business operations, with a strong focus on customer service, quality control, and governance. They should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
