Softball Leadership Position

The ideal candidate will inspire high school student-athletes to excel in a supportive and competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective game strategies and coaching techniques.
  • Motivate players to achieve their full potential.
  • Recruit and manage team rosters for a balanced team.
  • Collaborate with other coaches to promote athletic excellence.
Requirements:
  • Certified coach requirements: be an educator certified by the local department of education, complete a course on athletic injury prevention and CPR/AED, submit the required application.
  • Level I Emergency Coach requirements: be a certified teacher, complete the required course, submit the online application.
  • Level II Emergency Coach requirements: be at least 21 years old, complete the required course, submit the online application.
