The RoleWe are seeking a dynamic fitness professional to join our team as a Personal Trainer. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high levels of customer service and support to our members, while also delivering personal training sessions on an as-needs basis.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver personal training sessions to members on an as-needs basis
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to members
- Build and maintain relationships with members to increase retention and satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with current health and fitness procedures and practices
- Develop and implement personalized training plans for members
- Minimum Cert IV in Personal Training
- Current fitness registration with Fitness Australia or Physical Activity Australia
- Current Senior First Aid Certificate
- Current CPR Certificate
- Valid Working With Children Check
- Agree to undergo police check as part of the employment process
- Driven to success with a friendly, can-do attitude
- Availability to work evenings and weekends is essential
