About the Role:

  • You'll support clients of various corporate partners to purchase life insurance.
  • You'll have the opportunity to learn from industry leaders and contribute to the growth and development of the general advice space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive a steady flow of warm leads as provided by our corporate partners.
  • Educate and assist clients to buy life insurance.
  • Track, manage and convert clients with ease through a custom-built CRM solution.
  • Develop, implement and optimise frameworks and strategies to ensure optimal performance.
  • Manage pipeline and lead flows successfully, ensuring the client is supported throughout the journey.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in sales, with life insurance – General Advice advantageous.
  • Superior knowledge of products including income protection, life, critical illness and TPD.
  • A focus on the customer at the center of everything you do, including retention.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to handle complex client enquiries, think critically, and navigate challenging situations.
  • Professional business acumen and excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Confidence to work individually with initiative while being equally comfortable working within a team environment.
  • Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident of Australia.
