About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our strategy team as a Business Transformation Specialist.

This role involves collaborating with senior leadership to understand business goals, vision, and challenges. You will design new business models and optimize existing ones with a focus on customer experience and efficiency.

  • Translate high-level business strategy into actionable frameworks
  • Facilitate workshops and collaborative activities to co-create solutions
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and needs
  • Define success metrics for transformation initiatives
  • Align solution design with operational and technical feasibility
  • Identify potential risks and mitigate them proactively

Responsibilities

You will have the following responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improvement
  • Analyze business data to identify areas for optimization and improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements
  • Provide thought leadership on business strategy and transformation
  • Identify and prioritize business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them

About You and Your Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent qualification, with an MBA or similar business qualification an advantage
  • Strong skills in business model design, process optimization, and customer journey mapping
  • The ability to translate high-level business strategy into concrete frameworks
  • Experience in defining and managing change management strategies
  • A strong understanding of both operational and technical feasibility
