About The Job
This role requires a highly organized and welcoming individual who can provide exceptional client experiences and manage day-to-day office operations. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a Front of House, Corporate Reception or Guest Services role and possess strong customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
- First point of contact: Welcome visitors, offer refreshments, and manage calls professionally
- Meeting and event setup: Organize and prepare internal meetings and events, including IT setup
- Office maintenance: Ensure front office, meeting rooms, kitchen, and stationery supplies are tidy and well-stocked
- Perform general administrative and financial tasks, daily office operations and support on exciting social initiatives
- Customer service: Provide exceptional client experiences and communicate effectively at all levels

Requirements
- Previous experience in a Front of House, Corporate Reception or Guest Services role
- Immaculately presented; you will possess a professional and welcoming approach
- A team player with strong customer service experience and superior communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Demonstrate superior organisational skills by effectively handling multiple tasks, setting priorities, and anticipating the needs of the CBRE team and clients
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills
