Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a corporate waiter/receptionist in Perth.

You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and reception areas, providing exceptional service to clients and colleagues alike.

Your responsibilities will include welcoming clients, partners and staff, providing waiter service for meetings, responding to phone and email inquiries, and maintaining accurate records within our room booking system.

You will also assist with administrative tasks, liaise with facilities and client services teams, and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome clients, partners and staff in a professional manner, advising them of their arrival and direction to the allocated rooms.
  • Provide waiter service for meetings conducted on the premises, including setting up, clearing and cleaning meeting and seminar rooms.
  • Respond to telephone and email requests and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records within the room booking system, confirming bookings, catering, audio visual and in-room requirements.
  • Liaise with facilities and client services teams to ensure maintenance, after-hours air conditioning, access and cleaning requests are confirmed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need experience within hotels or corporate receptions, utilising computerised booking systems such as Manhattan Space Scheduling Software.

You will also require working knowledge of audio visual and video conferencing equipment, as well as coffee making skills.

Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing your time efficiently.
