We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer Operator to join our team at a world-class manufacturer in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne. As a CNC Programmer Operator, you will be responsible for operating sophisticated equipment, programming new jobs, and ensuring quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain DMG Mori Horizontal Mill and DMG Mori Lathe machines
- Program new jobs into CNC machines using FANUC Control
- Analyse work order blueprints to determine specifications
- Perform quality inspections and ensure drawings meet specifications
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules
Requirements:
- Proven experience in setting up, operating, and programming DMG Mori Horizontal Mill and DMG Mori Lathe machines
- Proficiency in FANUC Control systems
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively within a dynamic team environment
- Ability to interpret and translate plans and designs into precise actions
- Conveniently located within a 30-minute radius of Campbellfield
