**Job Overview**

KBR are seeking an experienced Rail Drafter to join our team of industry specialists. This is a great opportunity to work on iconic projects and contribute to the delivery of transport infrastructure projects.

As a Rail Drafter, you will be responsible for preparing designs using MicroStation and OpenRail design software. Your focus will be on cost containment, efficiency, profitability and project operations.

You will also engage with internal stakeholders and key clients by contributing innovative ideas to the team and suggesting ways to improve quality and efficiency of services.

This role requires relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering/Drafting or equivalent work experience. You should have experience in design and/or drafting of local Transport projects, including road and/or rail.

We are looking for someone with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills who can work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.

**Key Requirements**

  • Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering/Drafting or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in design and/or drafting of local Transport projects, including road and/or rail
  • Drafting experience using MicroStation (AutoCAD will be considered)
  • Ability to work alongside engineers and designers to prepare detailed drawings
