  • Strong background in town planning with experience in NSW planning system required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to liaise confidently with clients, government agencies, and stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage projects to completion, prepare a variety of planning documents, advise on local and state legislation, and liaison with clients and authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects to completion.
  • Prepare a variety of planning documents.
  • Advise on local and state legislation.
  • Liaison with clients and authorities.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in town planning with strong understanding of NSW Planning System.
  • Degree (or near completion) in Town Planning or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
