Executive Culinary Leader

We are seeking an accomplished Head Chef to lead our culinary team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role requires a seasoned professional with exceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of Italian cuisine.

About the Role
  • Lead a diverse team of chefs and kitchen staff, fostering a positive and respectful work environment
  • Oversee daily operations in two kitchens, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
  • Develop and implement menus that delight customers and drive business growth
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to achieve operational excellence and drive business success
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage kitchen inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs
  • Coordinate staff rosters and ensure efficient service during peak periods
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms
  • Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef in a busy, high-volume environment
  • Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and traditional cooking methods
  • A hands-on leadership style with ability to motivate and develop staff
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
