We are seeking an experienced professional to support our Human Resources department as a Business Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in recruitment by sourcing candidates, evaluating resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal details and contract information.
  • Coordinate and implement training programs for staff development.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on company policies and procedures.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding employee-related matters.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
  • Organize and coordinate company events and initiatives to promote employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with managers to resolve employee relations issues and maintain a positive work environment.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, 2 years of experience in HR coordination, strong knowledge of HR functions, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office suite.
