- Build trust and confidence by providing knowledgeable and helpful support.
- Handle questions and complaints with professionalism, escalate issues when necessary, and maintain impeccable records.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to work in a team environment.
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service role
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems and platforms
- Genuine passion for customer service and outstanding communication skills
