At Lockheed Martin Australia, we offer a competitive salary of approximately $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team in Nowra, NSW. As a key member of our Romeo Through Life Support program, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining best practice logistics and warehousing support for multiple customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain effective logistics and warehousing practices to meet customer needs.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stockholders to ensure seamless delivery of products.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve program objectives and deadlines.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with extensive warehouse experience in a Defence environment or similar industry. You will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a warehouse operations role, preferably in a Defence environment.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Australian Defence Security Clearance.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
