We are seeking a highly skilled Production Administrator to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Manufacturing Operations department by providing administrative assistance and ensuring a safe working environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing general office duties and responding to requests from supervisors
  • Assisting with health and safety issues, reporting hazards and incidents to leadership
  • Reviewing outstanding orders and closing off completed ones
  • Analysing systems and processes to improve cost/service efficiencies
  • Liaising between customer experience, technical and production/despatch departments
  • Maintaining a high standard of phone manner when communicating with customers and internal stakeholders
