Electronics Repair Specialist

To ensure the efficient operation of electronic systems by performing bench repairs down to component level of equipment. Ensure that all work is completed efficiently and economically.

Assist and collaborate with other specialists, managers, stores, customer service and other personnel to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and efficient conduct of business.

The following skills are required for this role:

  • A high level of technical knowledge and expertise in electronics repair.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical problems.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Certifications/Requirements:

  • Possession of a Certificate IV Aeroskills (Avionics) or equivalent.
  • Experience in component level repairs on electronic products including soldering, testing, replacing and fault-finding.
  • Effective verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to complete technical reports and communicate effectively with peers and management.
  • Competency in electronic maintenance and technical aspects.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems.
