About the Role

The Sunnyfield enterprise business is focused on delivering high-quality commercial services while providing employment opportunities for people with disabilities to build their skills and capacity. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the daily cleaning operations, ensuring all areas are clean and presentable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain cleaning schedules to ensure efficient operations
  • Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities, ensuring high standards are met
  • Train and motivate cleaning staff to follow proper cleaning procedures
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and place orders as needed
  • Assign duties to cleaning staff based on workload and site requirements
  • Handle customer complaints or requests, ensuring client satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and proper use of cleaning equipment
  • Manage customer relationships, including new business opportunities and ongoing performance reviews
About You

You will demonstrate:

  • A passion for and previous experience in managing a team within a commercial cleaning environment
  • Ability to support people with an intellectual and/or physical disability in a working environment
  • Excellent customer service, time management, and organizational skills
