About the Role

The Sunnyfield enterprise business is focused on delivering high-quality commercial services while providing employment opportunities for people with disability to build their skills and capacity. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the daily cleaning operations, ensuring all areas are clean and presentable. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining cleaning schedules
  • Supervising and coordinating daily cleaning activities
  • Training and motivating cleaning staff
  • Conducting inspections to maintain high standards
  • Managing inventory and ordering supplies
  • Assigning duties to cleaning staff
  • Handling customer complaints and requests
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
About You

We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual who wants to make a difference in the lives of people with disability. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of cleaning staff, providing training and support, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Key requirements include:

  • Previous experience in managing a team within a commercial cleaning environment
  • Ability to support people with an intellectual and/or physical disability
  • Excellent customer service, time management, and organisational skills
