About The Role

As a key player in the Inclusive Employment Australia program, we are supporting participants across New South Wales and Queensland. We work closely with clients to explore their career aspirations, build confidence, and support them into sustainable employment.

This role involves working side-by-side with participants to understand their strengths and ambitions, providing tailored coaching, linking them to suitable job opportunities, and collaborating with employers to facilitate inclusive hiring practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and creating career opportunities that match client needs and preferences.
  • Championing inclusive employment and workforce diversity, focusing on people with disability, injury, or health condition.
  • Engaging and partnering with employers to address skill shortages through role carving and inclusive recruitment.
  • Brokerage of work experience to build participant skills and assess employer-client compatibility.
  • Preparing workplaces to support and retain participants via adjustments and disability confidence training.
  • Facilitating employer training to boost disability awareness and inclusion.
  • Building employer and community networks to create job opportunities.
  • Promoting our organization as a trusted provider supporting people with disability to achieve career goals.
  • Meeting or exceeding internal and external performance benchmarks.
  • Championing our values of inclusion, empowerment, and person-centered practice.
About You

You bring empathy, energy, and a strong drive to make a positive impact. With experience or a genuine passion for employment services, you're confident in supporting people, building trust, and guiding them into meaningful careers. You're outcomes-focused, highly organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Criteria
  • Qualifications in Employment or Human Services – desirable
  • Proven ability to meet KPIs and manage workload effectively
  • Strong understanding of employment barriers faced by people with disability, injury, or health conditions
  • Skilled in providing tailored support and developing client-focused employment plans
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Current Driver's License - essential
