We are seeking an experienced Contract Review Specialist to support our Corporate Legal team in Bowen Hills. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to advance their career by working with a successful and highly experienced team.

About the Role


  • Assist the legal team with reviewing and processing leases, business name renewals, trademark renewals, subpoenas, non-party disclosures, and requests from external authorities for documents/information.
  • Contribute to team success by collaborating with other team members, sharing ideas and knowledge, and seeking to learn from team members.
  • Provide company secretarial and corporate governance support across the ALS Group, including maintenance of corporate entity registers and preparation of documentation.
  • Respond to general enquiries and provide administrative support to the legal, compliance, and insurance teams when required.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • This position may be required to take on additional responsibilities, commensurate with the expectations of a role at this level.

About You


  • A pragmatic and commercially-minded individual with a team focus, consultative style, and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Strong attention to detail and motivation to produce excellent work.
  • An associate diploma level qualification with relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of skills, knowledge, and experience (a minimum 1-2 years proven paralegal experience).
  • Demonstrated experience reviewing and negotiating contracts, and other documents.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a proactive, collaborative approach.
  • Able to prioritise a busy work schedule and strive for excellence.
  • Flexible to work part-time (3 days over a 5-day week) or full-time.

About ALS

ALS offers competitive remuneration, flexible work arrangements, and opportunities for professional growth and development. Salary estimate: AU$65,000 - AU$85,000 per annum.

To be eligible to work at ALS, you must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or hold a valid working visa.
