Our mission is to facilitate seamless collaboration between Product, Engineering, Design, Finance, and Operations teams. As a key member of our team, you will leverage data insights to shape EzLicence's product roadmap, enhance product efficiency, and drive strategic Product initiatives that fuel continued growth in Australia and the UK.

The role encompasses three primary areas:

Product Management

  • Support user and market research, including competitor analysis and usability testing.
  • Contribute to product strategy, defining vision and objectives.
  • Facilitate the product roadmap, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
  • Oversee the design process from concept to delivery (including UI & UX design system) and monitor the effectiveness in order to drive continual improvements.
  • Translate business requirements to technical engineering and data teams, as well as internal non-technical stakeholders.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from concept to release, bridging the gap between business and technical teams.

Product Analysis & Reporting

  • Develop dashboards and reports to track key product KPIs.
  • Analyse trends, gather user feedback, and support strategic decision-making.

Project/Program Management

  • Plan and execute projects within time, budget, and quality constraints.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and support new market entry initiatives.
