A senior Automotive Supply Chain Manager position has become available within AFGRI Equipment Australia's established team.

This pivotal role entails:

  1. Developing, implementing, and continuously refining complex inventory control systems to ensure timely availability of parts, streamline logistics, and maintain competitive pricing.
  2. Working closely with cross-functional departments to conceptualise and execute compelling marketing campaigns that heighten brand visibility, improve market share, and foster deeper connections with existing customers.
  3. Strategic procurement and vendor management to mitigate risk, negotiate better terms, and secure consistent supplies of necessary components.
  4. Driving and maintaining a culture of excellence, fostering teamwork, coaching, and developing junior team members to deliver remarkable customer satisfaction.
  5. Oversight and participation in bi-annual or quarterly inventory count exercises, resulting in precise stock valuations and data-driven decision-making.
  6. Efficient dispute resolution processes regarding warranty and return claims associated with spare parts.
  7. Delivering insights into customer expectations and requirements, facilitating effective communication between stakeholders.
  8. Complete maintenance of all departmental tools, vehicles, and equipment, ensuring seamless operational continuity.

As the successful applicant, you will need to possess powerful leadership qualities, superior organisational capabilities, extensive knowledge of automotive supply chain management, and an unwavering ability to perform under intense pressure.

You will be expected to effectively interact with various stakeholders, display deep technical knowledge of supply chain logistics, and operate efficiently within MS Office applications.
