Job Title: Senior Financial Accountant

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Financial Accountant to join our finance team. This is a key role that will report directly to the Financial Controller and collaborate with the Finance leadership team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing monthly financial reports, handling end-of-month accounting, and improving finance processes within the Financial Accounting team. This position includes ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, maintaining accounting records, and providing information for strategic decision-making.

  • Preparing financial reports and statements;
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records;
  • Providing support to the Finance leadership team on finance-related matters;

The ideal candidate will have formal accounting qualifications (e.g., tertiary degree or equivalent) and relevant experience in finance operations. They should also have experience working with taxation areas such as FBT, Income Tax, GST, and Payroll Tax.
