We are looking for a talented Time and Attendance Specialist to join our team specializing in ensuring the accurate processing and management of time and attendance data to support our compensation processes and compliance efforts for our Human Resources Division.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  1. Ensure accurate time management: Handle the precise preparation, processing, and balancing of time and attendance systems, critical for supporting compensation procedures and complying with diverse legislations.
  2. System oversight and troubleshooting: Take charge of the smooth operation of the time and attendance system. This involves understanding intricate time reporting regulations, monitoring system functionality, and promptly addressing any issues that arise, including complex troubleshooting.
  3. Issue resolution: Initiate and monitor inquiries, ensuring they are appropriately assigned and escalated for resolution. Troubleshoot and resolve intricate issues, guaranteeing timely and accurate resolutions to maintain operational efficiency.
  4. Resource on payroll and time management: Act as an internal and external expert on time management topics. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and accurately responding to inquiries and requests related to time and attendance.
  5. Contribution to process enhancement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, actively supporting the development and maintenance of time and attendance process documentation. Ensure data completeness and accuracy to meet deadlines and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and QualificationsData Management & Compliance
  • Diligently handle time and absences data to ensure its accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies and legal mandates. Support payroll processes to guarantee precise and timely employee payments. Uphold internal control procedures to maintain data integrity and mitigate risks.
