About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Content Specialist to join our team at Recruitment Hive. As a key member of our Learning & Development team, you will play a critical role in creating and delivering effective training content for a long-term contract.

Job Description
  • Create engaging and informative training content that supports staff in implementing new systems and procedures.
  • Design and facilitate training sessions for internal staff and external stakeholders to ensure they have the necessary knowledge to adapt to implemented systems, portals, and processes.
  • Continuously update and refine training materials to keep them relevant to the ongoing needs of users.
About the Client

Our client is a Federal Government commission based in Sydney, NSW, requiring an experienced professional for a long 18-month contract. You will work collaboratively with the team to drive meaningful interactions and ensure that staff and external users are fully equipped to implement changes.

Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment desirable but not essential.
  • Experience with platforms such as LearnHub or Rise360 for content development and release is highly desirable.
  • A working knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage ongoing training activities over time.
About the Salary

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 AUD, depending on experience and qualifications.
