As a leader in the retail industry, we are seeking an exceptional Assistant Boutique Manager to support the launch of our new boutique in Rosebery. This is an incredible opportunity to grow your leadership skills, inspire a passionate team, and contribute to the success of our creative brand.

The Assistant Boutique Manager will play a vital role in embodying our spirited culture and setting the tone for an unforgettable retail environment. You will work closely with the Boutique Manager to drive sales, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and foster a high-performing team.

Job Description:
  • Maintain the highest level of service to our retail customers
  • Have extensive product knowledge and act as the storyteller of our brand
  • Lead your team by example using our company values
  • Assist the Boutique Manager in the day-to-day management of the boutique
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and coach others to achieve theirs
  • Take responsibility for visual merchandising and sensory experience of the boutique
  • Implement innovative approaches to retain and attract customers

This is a full-time position that requires a confident and bright retailer with previous retail management experience (2-3 years minimum). The ideal candidate understands customer service and can tailor in-store experiences to each customer.

  • Confident and bright retailer with previous retail management experience (2-3 years minimum)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of customer behavior
  • Proficient in sales and KPI management
