About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Avionics Technical Instructor to join our team at Northrop Grumman. As a key member of our Defence team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality training to our employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and deliver comprehensive training programs for internal and external employees on C27J aircraft systems and avionics.
  • Develop and prepare courseware, assessments, and training materials in accordance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
  • Maintain, review, and modify training materials to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure accurate training records are maintained and process compliance is upheld.
  • Act as a role model and provide guidance to students and instructors.

Requirements

  • Hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Avionics).
  • Have type certification in C27J or C130, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in delivering training, with a focus on avionics and aircraft systems.
