About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Instructor to join our team at RAAF Base Amberley. As an Avionics Technical Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging C27J courses and helping shape the next generation of avionics professionals.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver high-quality training courses to internal and external customers, ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual standards.
  • Design and update course materials, incorporating the latest industry developments and best practices.
  • Conduct assessments and manage results through our Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Maintain accurate training records and continuously improve training content.
  • Lead by example, inspiring both students and fellow instructors.
About You
  • You hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and a Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Avionics).
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but we're excited to support and develop the right person.
  • You're a creative thinker who brings fresh ideas to the table.
  • You're a natural people person—approachable, supportive, and team-oriented.
  • You're eager to learn, grow, and make a genuine impact on the training experience.
