About the Position:

Our company seeks a skilled administrator to perform end-to-end billing processes, including timely preparation of invoices and cash collection, contractual compliance, and accurate financial records.

This role involves reporting to the Finance Manager and having flexibility to balance time in the office and working from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and summarizing information received from field for invoicing purposes.
  • Entering invoicing and statistical data into SAP and other systems as required.
  • Processing invoices and submitting them to clients, including payment claims into client systems when necessary.
  • Processing credit notes and ensuring timely reconciliation.
  • Following up with debtors to collect cash receipts.
  • Providing ad hoc billing information, analysis, and support as requested by the Finance Manager.
  • Reconciling recharge accounts; and other billing-related accounts as directed by the Finance Manager.

Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail and sound analytical skills.
  • A high level of computer literacy and ability to learn new systems and processes as required.
  • Previous experience in customer service or administration roles is highly desirable.
