Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Event Maintenance Planner to join our Maintenance Team at our Kwinana Pigment Plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and scheduling complex maintenance tasks, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance plan, ensuring all tasks are fully planned, resourced, and communicated prior to execution.
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure effective resource allocation and cost management.
  • Utilize our ERP system to develop accurate and comprehensive plans and schedules, ensuring all corrective work is included in asset overhaul and repair.
  • Monitor progress during execution and produce a scorecard showing compliance against agreed KPIs for each maintenance event.
  • Embed a culture of continuous improvement by developing and adapting procedures and processes to increase efficiency and improve outcomes.
Requirements
  • Mechanical Trade Certificate (required)
  • Previous shutdown or maintenance planning experience in a process plant (required)
  • A minimum of 2 years planning experience in a similar field (required)
  • SAP and Prometheus Maintenance planning experience
  • Advanced skills in MS Project
  • Strong skills in all other Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong desire to do the right work, the right way, at the right time
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritise work in a dynamic working environment
  • Valid Driver's License
