Disability Support Worker Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic organisation dedicated to creating positive change and fostering meaningful connections through personalised support for individuals with disabilities.

As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in offering essential care and support to adults who may be facing various challenges.

  • Working with individuals across age groups, assisting with personal care and daily living skills
  • Planning and attending appointments and activities for social interaction and skill development
  • Completing daily case notes, admin tasks, and incident reports

Requirements

  • Current NSW Driver's Licence and willingness to drive
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • A paid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • A National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDSWC)
  • Willingness to provide consent to be listed on the Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR)
  • Qualifications in Disability Services, Community Services or Individual Support (highly regarded but not essential)
  • Availability to work across a 24/7 roster
