We are seeking a qualified Early Childhood Teacher to join our Goodstart Pacific Paradise centre in the beautiful Sunshine Coast region. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a passionate and dedicated individual to make a positive impact on the lives of young children.
Estimated Salary PackageThe competitive salary package for this position is approximately $75,000 - $90,000 per annum, above the award rate comparable to state primary school teachers.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Early Childhood Teacher at Goodstart, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education and care to children aged 0-5 years. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing engaging learning programs that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of children.
- BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS with families through regular communication, parent-teacher conferences, and involvement in centre events.
- Mentoring and guiding colleagues to ensure consistency in educational practices and high-quality program delivery.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved).
- A Current QLD Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification.
