**Salary:** $80,000 per annum (graduate teacher starting salary) - $120,000 per annum (senior teacher), with opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.

**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Goodstart Pacific Paradise. As a key member of our centre's leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging and challenging educational programs that promote children's cognitive, social, and emotional growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework

* Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

* Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver training and professional development programs that enhance teaching practices and promote continuous improvement

* Participate in ongoing professional development and reflective practice to stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

* Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)

* Current QLD Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification

* Proven experience in designing and implementing high-quality educational programs that promote children's learning and development

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
