Role Overview
We're looking for someone who is a great communicator, organized, and has a can-do attitude. You must uphold a high level of service, go above and beyond for our customers, and support and guide their team.
The ideal candidate will lead by example, nurturing and developing staff while ensuring top-tier service. Responsibilities include engaging with members, driving promotions, and managing a team of over 45 staff.
About the Role
- Engage with members and drive promotions
- Check draft rosters and maintain published rosters
- Ensure staffing levels are kept within budgeted labour
- Maintain safety protocols, upholding occupational health and safety standards
- Promptly report hazards and injuries
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Manage a team of over 45 staff, providing direction, setting expectations, and managing performance
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in hospitality
- Experience working across various areas such as bars, a la carte restaurants, functions and events, or hotels
- Solutions-driven approach, strong commitment to service excellence, and ability to support and guide the team
- 24/7 availability and flexibility to work a range of shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
