Mechanical Fitter Job Description

">Job Overview:

Mechanical Fitters are highly skilled trade professionals responsible for assembling, installing and maintaining complex mechanical systems and equipment.

The primary objective of this role is to ensure the efficient installation, maintenance and repair of mechanical systems in accordance with industry standards and design specifications.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assemble, install and maintain mechanical systems and equipment in line with established procedures and industry guidelines
  • Conduct regular maintenance tasks to guarantee optimal performance and reliability of mechanical systems
  • Identify and troubleshoot faults or malfunctions in mechanical systems and take corrective action to prevent downtime
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople and technicians to achieve project objectives and deliver results
