Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Fiona Stanley Hospital.

This is a permanent, full-time role with 4 days onsite and 1 day working from home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert HR advisory services to clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
  • The successful candidate will be a senior member of the HR Connect team, partnering with managers and leaders to design and deliver high-quality HR strategies and solutions.
  • You will also provide leadership, coaching, and development for one HR Consultant.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless HR service delivery across change management, grievance resolution, performance management, capability building, position management, policy interpretation, employee engagement, workforce planning, cyclical activities, and people programs.
To Be Successful In This Role You'll Have
  • Demonstrated expertise in change management.
  • Proven human resource experience in large organisations navigating complexity and competing stakeholder demands.
  • Strong ability to build credibility, influence, and negotiate with various levels of stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
