Effective Electrical Leadership

  • The role of an Electrical Supervisor involves overseeing staff management according to company policies and procedures.

This is a key position that requires leading a team of Electricians and supporting the business in planned preventative maintenance to equipment and the facility.

Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing staff management according to company policies and procedures
  • Participating in the development and implementation of Maintenance Management Systems
  • Maintaining on-site high voltage assets and equipment
  • Developing safe systems of work for tasks completed by the electrical maintenance team
  • Ongoing commitment to safety and implementing safety initiatives

Requirements for success in this role include:

  • At least 5 years experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor
  • Hold trade qualifications as an electrician in NSW
  • A strong focus and commitment to safety
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Effective communication skills
  • Confidence in your approach to tasks, able to take initiative
  • High voltage and instrumentation experience
