Senior Project Manager

Experienced professionals in project management can take this opportunity to grow their career with our company. We are currently recruiting for a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

The role involves the management of various projects and services engagements focused on automation / control systems and solutions, primarily in the Infrastructure, Water and Manufacturing industries.

  • Leading projects and supporting engineering teams in design, development, FAT, commissioning, SAT and ongoing support of automation systems and solutions.
  • Planning and management of project execution alongside engineering leads (multiple concurrent projects).
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budgets and to Integrated Management System standards.
  • Commercial management and coordination of associated activities.
  • Contributing to the development of best practice methodologies, software, systems, procedures and uptake of the latest technologies.
  • Consistently meeting predefined project and wider business targets.
  • Supporting sales activities and client relationship management.
  • Continuous improvement of systems and processes as part of the company's Integrated Management System.

Applicants should have:

  • A tertiary qualification in engineering or similar.
  • PMBOK / PRINCE2 Practitioner or similar certification preferred.
  • 10+ years project management experience in a range of end to end engineering project deliveries and service environments.
  • Mature business acumen and commercial experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively, both autonomously and within a team.
  • Ability to travel (interstate and internationally at times).
