We are seeking a skilled and experienced coffee professional to join our team. As an expert in crafting high-quality coffee beverages, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks that meet the needs of diverse customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Develop strong relationships with regular customers, understanding their preferences and tailoring your service accordingly.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a barista in a medium-to-high volume coffee environment.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to lift up to 13-15kg and stand for extended periods.
