Operations Director for Quarry and Factory Management

Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Director to oversee the day-to-day activities of our sand processing site and FMCG packaging factory. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse range of pumping, screening, and packaging equipment across two manufacturing sites.

Our company is a vertically integrated manufacturer of packaged mortars, cements, and speciality sands. With over 50 years of experience, we have established a strong presence in the market.

The Role

This leadership position provides the strategic direction to expand output, broaden the product range, and explore new investment opportunities. Reporting to the General Manager Operations, you will head quarrying and sand/soil processing activities, and provide oversight of the Townsville and Brisbane concrete packaging factory operations.
