Job Title

The Network Support role offers an opportunity to join a high-performing infrastructure team, working in complex networking environments. Key responsibilities include network support and troubleshooting, project work, and system maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise for network designs, capacity planning, and implementation
  • Support BAU network tasks, optimization initiatives, and internal projects
  • Assist with system evaluations, upgrades, and patching where networking is impacted
  • Collaborate across the infrastructure team, working on integrated systems such as telephony, CCTV, and access control
Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki networking hardware and dashboard administration, along with experience in an MSP or multi-site enterprise environment. Strong technical expertise in enterprise networking is essential, including routing, switching, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, NAT, VPNs, QoS, and wireless optimization.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Cisco CCNA or CompTIA Network+ accreditation
  • Proficient in troubleshooting complex network issues across the OSI model
  • Familiarity with security best practices in network design and configuration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder engagement
