Job Title: SMSF Accountant

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive SMSF Accountant to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with a portfolio of SMSF clients, assisting with compliance, financial reporting, and tax obligations.

In this position, you will have the chance to collaborate closely with Managers and Senior Accountants, sharpening your technical knowledge and building the foundations for a successful career in SMSF accounting.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare SMSF annual financial statements, tax returns, and audit documentation

- Assist with ensuring compliance with superannuation law, income tax, and GST obligations

- Work closely with SMSF clients to provide guidance and support across a wide range of superannuation matters

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field

- Proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and initiative to take on new challenges

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in financial and compliance work
