Food Production Specialist

At our production facility, we are seeking skilled individuals to join our team as permanent part-time or full-time workers. This role involves food preparation, assembly, and packing in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:
  • This is a physically demanding job requiring lifting, pushing, and pulling of racks and boxes up to 15kgs.
  • You will work on a line with repetitive actions and moving parts; running of food to different areas.

We offer various shifts including afternoon and night shifts. The start times may vary depending on the shift chosen.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Food Preparation - Involves cutting meat and vegetable ingredients for processing, measuring, mixing, and preparing food for various cooking methods.
  2. Assembly - Involves working on a line with repetitive actions and moving parts; running of food to different areas; lifting, pushing, and pulling of racks and boxes up to 15kgs.
  3. Packing - Fast-paced, physical role, you must be OK to work in a chiller environment.

Shift Times:
  • Night Shift: Start time at midnight (Tuesday to Friday) with optional Monday starting at 3am.
  • Early Morning Shift: Start time at 3am (Part Time Monday to Thursday or Full Time Monday to Friday).
  • Afternoon Shift: Start time at 2pm (Part Time Monday to Thursday or Full Time Monday to Friday).
Requirements:

We require candidates who have relevant skills and qualifications for this role. A background in food processing or a related field would be beneficial.
