About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value clients, developing strategic relationships, and delivering tailored insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a portfolio of high-value clients, developing strategic relationships and delivering tailored insurance solutions.
  2. Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiate terms.
  3. Provide mentoring and support to junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to support professional development.
  4. Analyse market trends and the competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
  5. Liaise with clients and underwriters regarding new business, quotations, renewals, and endorsements.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in insurance sales or account management.
  2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  3. Strong understanding of insurance products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package ($100,000 - $130,000 depending on experience), quick career progression to Account Manager, and exposure to a wide network of professionals and potential clients. We also offer a good level of flexibility, with a work-from-home policy allowing staff to work from home for 3 days a week. Additionally, we provide monthly external training and regular office sessions and catch-ups. Our social environment is friendly, with numerous staff events, including weekly lunch group exercise classes and social events.
