Software Development Leadership Opportunity

Role: Senior Full Stack Developer

This is a leadership role that requires expertise in full-stack development with a focus on front-end and back-end software engineering.

The ideal candidate will have experience working across the entire technology stack, from designing intuitive user interfaces to building scalable server-side applications.

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who can lead our R&D team in delivering high-quality software products.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop responsive web applications using Angular (frontend) and .NET (backend).
  • Collaborate with the Product Team to deliver engaging user experiences.
  • Work closely with QA and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
  • Write clean, testable, and well-documented code following best practices.
  • Mentor junior members of the team.
  • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint planning.
  • Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and tooling.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 7+ years' experience in full-stack development with Angular (or similar) and .NET.
  • Experience developing responsive applications targeting tablet and phone devices.
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET 8, and Entity Framework.
  • Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
  • Understanding of SQL and relational database design (PostgreSQL preferred).
  • Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
