About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex accounts, ensuring retention and identifying opportunities to expand our footprint across strategic partners and mining operations.

You will take ownership of your accounts, working closely with cross-functional teams to define scope and opportunities. You will also prepare and execute account management plans to maximise growth and retention.

This is a relationship-driven role requiring strong commercial acumen, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to navigate complex licence renewals and negotiations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex accounts, ensuring retention and identifying opportunities to expand our footprint
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define scope and opportunities
  • Prepare and execute account management plans to maximise growth and retention
  • Lead contract negotiations and multi-license renewals with key enterprise clients
  • Maintain relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers across your accounts

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Senior experience in Key Account Manager role
  • Proven success in enterprise contract negotiation and licence management
  • Experience influencing C-level and senior stakeholders
