Job Overview

This 9-month fixed-term contract position in our Professional Services team involves working with external clients and internal stakeholders to identify key customer business objectives through consultative approach. You will lead client meetings to explore opportunities for Joint Technical Plans and packaged solutions, helping customers achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with external clients and internal sales stakeholders to identify key customer business objectives through consultative approach.
  • Lead client meetings to explore the opportunities for Joint Technical Plans and packaged solutions which help customers achieve their business objectives.
  • Develop knowledge of the Google Advertising Products and Customer Infrastructure to be able to architect technical solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Lead multi-quarter technical projects by collaborating with cross-functional internal and external teams, including technical and non-technical team members.
  • Build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in digital media, online advertising, working with and supporting clients.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in:

  • Online advertising technology, ad serving and demand-side platform (DSP), online measurement, Google display buying, delivery and measurement platforms, data integration projects, and cloud technologies.
  • Building proof of concepts using web/scripting technologies (e.g., JavaScript, Python, etc.) and SQL databases.
  • Knowledge of key trends and business challenges related to digital.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analysis, and communication skills.

About the Job

In this role, you will work closely with gTech's Professional Services team to provide foundational services and forward-looking business solutions to top advertiser and publisher customers. Our team takes a creative, collaborative, and customer-centric approach to drive success.

We estimate an annual salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 based on industry standards and location considerations.
