About Us

We're seeking a highly skilled and passionate educator to join our team as an Educator Success Partner. As an EPS, you'll work closely with schools across the region, partnering with teachers, Heads of Department, Business Managers and Senior Leadership to help them unlock the full potential of their subscription.

You'll act as a trusted advisor, delivering engaging training sessions (online and in-person) tailored to school needs. Your goal will be to empower educators, amplify impact and drive student success.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with teachers, Heads of Department, Business Managers and Senior Leadership teams.
  • Champion the adoption of your subscription by delivering engaging training sessions (online and in-person) tailored to school needs.
  • Regularly engage with your assigned portfolio of schools to ensure they are achieving their goals, treating your portfolio like your own book of business.
  • Monitor health metrics and proactively implement strategies to reduce churn and drive retention.
  • Identify and support opportunities for expansion and growth in partnership with internal stakeholders.
  • Keep accurate records, enrol classes promptly and maintain strong data hygiene.
  • Represent us at conferences, networking events and professional associations - occasional travel may be required for these.
  • Share customer insights with internal teams to inform product improvements.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team culture, supporting colleagues and sharing best practice.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

  • Experience in Customer Success or Education Sales.
  • Teaching experience in either primary or secondary education.
  • Confidence in presenting to groups and delivering professional learning, both online and in-person.
  • Experience using an online learning platform is highly desirable.
  • Strong coaching and training skills, with the ability to help educators unlock new ways of working.
  • Excellent communication skills whether by phone, email or face-to-face.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with a range of stakeholders.
  • Proactive problem solving skills, adaptability and a solutions focused approach.
  • Proficiency with ICT tools, particularly Google Workspace and awareness of basic tech maintenance and cyber security.
  • A willingness to travel occasionally to meet with schools and represent us at events.
