Key Role Overview

This strategic leadership position plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and profitability of our product portfolio. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for leading the development, performance, and compliance of our products across lending, deposits, payments, third-party services, and open banking.

The ideal candidate will possess deep experience in developing and executing banking product strategies across various sectors, including deposits, payments, and third-party services. They will shape product roadmaps, pricing, and margin management to optimize profitability while staying true to our customer-centric values.

About the Position

We are seeking an exceptional individual who can translate data, analytics, and market intelligence into actionable product initiatives and compelling business cases. The right candidate will also have a proven track record of delivering product change initiatives and managing cross-functional projects from concept to execution.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the product division, driving performance and growth across our portfolio
  • Shape product roadmaps, pricing, and margin management to optimize profitability
  • Translate data, analytics, and market intelligence into actionable product initiatives
  • Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements and embed future regulatory changes seamlessly into our operations
  • Guide product development and enhancements, ensuring our products remain competitive and relevant
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team of product professionals, building capability and commercial acumen across the function
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Deep experience developing and executing banking product strategies
  • Strong product management expertise, including portfolio optimization, pricing strategy, and margin management
  • Demonstrated ability to lead in complex, regulated environments with a sound understanding of risk frameworks and compliance
  • Proven success in delivering product change initiatives and managing cross-functional projects
  • Confidence working at an executive level, influencing and securing buy-in for strategic product directions
